This apartment is one of our recent international properties, for which we traveled to Nice to work on the project and also worked remotely. In the apartment, we made a minor redevelopment in the hallway area and combined the kitchen and living area into one space. The house has a unique feature - a long rectangular window, which we highlighted with a dark frame.Additionally, the apartment offers access to a terrace with a picturesque view of the sea. The interior predominantly features a modern design with elements of classical style. The carefully selected color scheme comprises natural shades that harmonize with the coastal surroundings.
