This spacious apartment is located on the top floor of one of the capital's five-storey residential complexes. The project's feature is its large open terrace with landscaping and also a real fireplace, which creates a cozy feeling of being in a country house. In addition to the comfortable seating area on the terrace, we successfully organized the functional space within the apartment, including a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a balcony, a study, a dressing room, a laundry room, and bathrooms. The interior of the apartment is designed in the neoclassical style, featuring an abundance of wood textures and natural stone, complemented by brass elements.
