The apartment with a total area of 75 square meters is located in one of the premium-class residential complexes in the capital city. It was specifically purchased by customers for rental purposes, which is why it has a universal and modern interior design that combines elements of neoclassicism with a consistent and harmonious color scheme. The project's feature was its complex internal layout. Apart from the load-bearing walls, there were no separate divisions within the apartment, so we had to install all the walls from scratch. As a result, we've successfully created a functional and harmonious living space, featuring a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a study, a dressing room, and a spacious bathroom.
